Be anxious for nothing!
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7
Anxiety can be crushing and can distract us from what we're supposed to be doing but in this passage we are told to present everything to God by prayer and petition, and to do so with thanksgiving so that we can stay focused on what we should be focusing on.
