from our mouths come out things that we really didn't even want to say...
So how about everyday pray a simple prayer that God would put
a guard on your mouth!

Spring is here!
These days while walking or biking around I have been just enjoying so
much how the nature is waking up after the winter.
And I'm so thankful that God created such a beautiful nature!
Think about all the amazing colors!
I'm just crazy about all the colorful flowers-
and God is crazy about me- AND YOU!

Encourage yourself in the Lord!
In life there are (and there will be) things that disappoint or discourage us.
But the thing is we can do as David did:
David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.
-1 Samuel 30:6
So instead of letting your disappointments discourage you,
go to God and let Him fill you so that you can be
encouraged in Him!
