Those who go to God Most High for safety
    will be protected by the Almighty.

HOPE...sometimes thought it may feel like very hopeless... But thank God for His promise to give us a future with HOPE. So in times of deepest distress, we don’t despair. We hope. We pray. Because we trust in God who keeps His promises!

I have been many times in Nice, France...and I have walked so many times on the la Promenade des Anglais in the evening enjoying the beautiful boulevard by the sea...So this morning when I heard 

the news from Nice Attack I felt so sad...Last night at least 84 people have died, including children, after a lorry slammed through a crowd celebrating Bastille Day on the famous boulevard la Promenade des Anglais...

“Your most profound and intimate experiences of worship will likely be in your darkest days— when your heart is broken, when you feel abandoned, when you’re out of options, when the pain is great, and you turn to God alone.”

 Suffering it the reality of the world we live in.

But let's remember :

"Though darkness is
 all around,
I will not fear evil.”

So let's pray together...for the families and those who lost loved ones. Pray for healing for those injured.

And above all pray against a spirit of fear and hatred.

Even when walking through the dark valley of death I will not be afraid, 

for you are close beside me, guarding, guiding all the way.

On Good Friday we remember how Jesus suffered and died on the cross- but we know:He is risen!

Because God loves you, he gave his Son, Jesus, to die on the cross that Friday so that you and I can have eternal life with him in Heaven. Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” Accept God’s free gift of eternal life by believing that Jesus received the punishment for your sins by his death on the cross that Friday afternoon, and “that he was raised [back to life] on the third day” after. Confess that you’ve sinned and ask his forgiveness. Invite him into your life and ask for God’s help to turn from your sin.
