On Good Friday we remember how Jesus suffered and died on the cross- but we know:He is risen!

Because God loves you, he gave his Son, Jesus, to die on the cross that Friday so that you and I can have eternal life with him in Heaven. Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” Accept God’s free gift of eternal life by believing that Jesus received the punishment for your sins by his death on the cross that Friday afternoon, and “that he was raised [back to life] on the third day” after. Confess that you’ve sinned and ask his forgiveness. Invite him into your life and ask for God’s help to turn from your sin.

“Dear God,

I know I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness.

I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead.

I trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior.

Guide my life and help me to do your will.

But God wants us to enjoy our lives now, not when!

Joy is so important:

Nehemiah 8:10 says the joy of the Lord is our strength.

And we need that strength every day.

Saturday afternoon I decided to take a long walk. The day was absolutely beautiful, the sun was shining and the colors of the nature were just beautiful;full of spring flowers. So I really enjoyed my walk enjoying the nature but beside that I was listening to Kris Vallotton podcast called plans&purposes and enjoyed listening to it so much that many times I was laughing out loud! ( how cares what the other people might have been thinking about me while hearing me laughing :D )

In the podcast Kris tells some amazing stories from his own life, but the end the teaching is very profound and it touched my heart deeply. So I would like to share you the main point and please take time to enjoy this podcast from Kris.You will like it! You can click here to listen to it.
