Be alert, be on watch! Your enemy, the Devil, roams around like a roaring lion,
 looking for someone to devour.
-1 Peter 5:8

It’s true. We have an adversary who wants to attack our desires, our thoughts, even how we see and treat our body. So you and I need to be on guard against evil and Satan’s schemes.

How do we survive these Devil's attacks?
The Bible says in Ephesians 6:10-18:

"The first thing we must realize is that not in our own strength,
but “Strengthen yourselves in the Lord...”

Put on all the armor that God gives, so you can defend yourself against the devil’s tricks. 12 We are not fighting against humans. We are fighting against forces and authorities and against rulers of darkness and powers in the spiritual world. 13 So put on all the armor that God gives. Then when that evil day comes, you will be able to defend yourself. And when the battle is over, you will still be standing firm.
14 Be ready! Let the truth be like a belt around your waist, and let God’s justice protect you like armor. 15 Your desire to tell the good news about peace should be like shoes on your feet. 16 Let your faith be like a shield, and you will be able to stop all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Let God’s saving power be like a helmet, and for a sword use God’s message that comes from the Spirit.
18 Never stop praying, especially for others. Always pray by the power of the Spirit. Stay alert and keep praying for God’s people.

"The truth is that evil spirits have no power over you (even though it feels like they do)! Rather, you have power over them. Secondly, these battles come in waves and they will not last forever. Remember: if it’s not good, it’s not the end! And lastly, you probably did nothing wrong to cause this battle. As a matter of fact, you are most likely experiencing this battle because you are doing something right. "

Absolutely nothing—nothing—can ever separate us from the love of God!
We will never win this spiritual battle in our own strength.
We will only be successful when you draw our strength from God.

Listen! I have given you authority, so that you can walk on snakes and scorpions and overcome all the power of the Enemy, and nothing will hurt you.
-Luke 10:19

When I fully trust in you, help is on the way.
I jump for joy and burst forth with ecstatic, passionate praise! I will sing songs of what you mean to me! You will be the inner strength of all your people, the mighty protector of all, the saving strength for all your anointed ones.
-Psalm 28:7-8 TPT

Have a blessed week!

"I've walked through the valley, the shadow
I'm ready for all You have for me, all You have for me
No matter where You lead as long as You're with me
I'm where I need to be
It's gonna get better (It's gonna)
It's gonna get better
(Better, better)
(Better, better)
It's gonna get (Better, better)..."
