Gratitude is something God commands...The Bible talks a lot about praise...

Give thanks in all circumstances; 

for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

-1 Thessalonians 5:18 

So God tells us to be thankful in all circumstances which means always-yet we often take for granted the beauty of this world.

 But a simple discipline of gratitude is rather a simple shift in mindset which leads to a significant change in our hear, soul and spirit. 

THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO BE THANKFUL FOR!

SO What about making it a habit? An attitude? 

The great thing to do is to keep a gratitude journal. Just before going to bed write down 3 things- big or small-  you are grateful for.

And right now...what's the thing you are grateful for in this moment?
