Good Friday- hope of life

 

 Today as we celebrate Good Friday we might think about the 

SACRIFICE... and 

Christ,who willingly gave his life 

for YOU and me. 

Why he did this?

We can find the answer in John 10:10 (AMP)

I came that they may have 

and enjoy life, 

and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).

Through his sacrificial death he gave each of us

THE HOPE OF LIFE.

And that's why Good Friday is

a good day:

God gave up His only begotten, unique Son,

so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal (everlasting) life. 

-John 3:16

"The Savior alone
Carried the cross
For all of my debts
He paid the cost

Salvation complete
Now forever I’m free..."

ps. If you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior today is the perfect time to ask Him into your heart and your life! All you have to do is to pray and ask Jesus to come in your life. PRAY: Jesus, I believe You died for me and rose from the dead. Please forgive me all my sins and come to live in my heart. I acknowledge You as my Savior and Lord and I'm asking you to guide my life from now on. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
