There is no doubt we live in an anxious and uncertain time.
When we struggle with anxiety, we are uncertain about what's going on in the present moment.
We are uncertain about how life will go in the future, or uncertain about the impact of the past in our lives.
ANXIETY IS THE FEAR OF NOT BEING IN CONTROL.
“Our worst misfortunes never happen, and most miseries lie in anticipation."
—HONORÉ DE BALZAC
In the new testament anxiety means distracted or pulled apart: the opposite of PEACE.
Anxiety is not from God and it will cause stress and it will affect your whole body. Many things can create anxiety like waiting test results from your doctor, children, money, marriage, divorce, loosing a job for example, or anxiety could be because of our wrong thinking and not trusting God. And sometimes it can be even something we don't even know what it is.
However, much of our anxiety is associated with everyday problems. It has an negative effect on every area of our lives, it steals our peace and joy and it will have an effect also on our health and it's also waste of time. In Matthew 6:25 it's written:
"do not be anxious about your life"
SO HOW CAN WE DEAL WITH ANXIETY?

God wants to deal with your worries and fears, trusting Him in every aspect of your life.
The Bible is the most highlighted book on Kindle. And
Philippians 4:6–7 is the most highlighted passage.
Why?
Because this scripture promises something our anxious world craves: peace.
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
