Maybe we are used to pray in a way where we talk to God about our "mountain".
But maybe we are just complaining and not praying...
“Most people who think they’re praying are really just griping,
murmuring, and complaining.
They are releasing the power of death into
their lives through their negativity in prayer.
God is not pleased with
that!”
-Andrew Wommack
So instead of talking to God about our mountain we have to talk to our mountain about God!
Jesus answered them,
“Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only will you
do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this
mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will be done. Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.”
-Matthew 21:21-22
God already knows about our problems so when we are faced with a mountain-sized problem
Jesus told us to
speak directly to our mountains and command them to be cast into the sea!
Notice that Jesus said that we can speak to our mountains by praying in faith!
" believe that what you say will come to pass,
it will be done for you."
-Mark 11:23
So...Your mountain has a name.
And God has commanded that all these things must bow to the name of Jesus...
So name your problem, have faith in God and speak to your mountain!
"“Father, thank You that Your name is above every name…
You are above all my mountains!
Thank You that You are greater, stronger, and more powerful than all of this.”
Faith comes by looking at God, not at the mountain!
Focus on God instead of your mountain!
We have to pray with our eyes on God, not on the difficulties.
