think about what you want to change in your life.
BE SPECIFIC!
Ask wisdom for God and then be really specific and isolate your area of need.
Remember it's about you...not what your spouse or Mom or someone else needs to work on.
Try think about 1 or 2 things that God is trying to change in you.
Here are some samples of attitudes and feelings to help you find what could your needs for change:

ADDICTION, ANGER, ANXIETY, BITTERNESS, CONTROLLED BY EMOTIONS, CRITICAL TONGUE, DEPRESSION, DOMINANCE, DRUGS, ALCOHOL, ENVY, FEAR, FEELINGS OF REJECTION/WEAKNESS/WORTHLESSNESS, GUILT, IDOLATRY, IMPATIENCE, IMPULSIVENESS, IMPURE THOUGHTS, INSECURITY, JEALOUSY, LAZINESS, LOW SELF-ESTEEM, MATERIALISTIC, NEGATIVISM, OCCULT INVOLVEMENT, PASSIVITY, PREJUDICE, PRONE TO GOSSIP, REBELLION, RESTLESSNESS, SADNESS, SELF-CENTEREDNESS, SELF-PITY, SEXUAL LUST, TEMPER, VANITY, WORKAHOLIC, WORRY.
