God's word is food for our souls!
Memorize it.Confess it.
Let the words of the Bible enter into your mind and descend into your heart...
And let God's word transform your whole being!

Have a blessed day!

Always be joyful in the Lord! I'll say it again: Be joyful!
-Philippians 4:4

God's love for us is huge-immense...
God gave his only son so that who ever believes in Him
can have eternal life.

And if you don't still have Jesus in your life,
please take a moment to pray the following prayer
to accept Christ as your Savior:

“Dear God,
I know I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness.
I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead.
I trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior.
Guide my life and help me to do your will.
In Jesus' name I pray,
Amen.”

Human love is emotional.
God's love is commitment.
-Max Lucado

God's love is eternal and He loves you no matter what.
And He wants to say that to you every day-
not only on the Valentine's day!
And now, brothers, as I close this letter, let me say this one more thing:
Fix your thoughts on what is true and good and right.
Think about things that are pure and lovely, and dwell on the fine,
good things in others.
Think about all you can praise God for and be glad about.
-Philippians 4:8

These are very powerful, emotionally healing verses in the Bible.

"Thoughts are automatic. They just happen. They are based on complex chemical reactions and information from the past. And what most people don’t know is that thoughts are sneaky and they lie. They lie a lot. It is often these uninvestigated thoughts that provide the emotional fuel for anger, anxiety, depression, and unhealthy behaviors such as overeating. "
-Dr Daniel Amen

But the great news is that we can protect ourselves from our own thoughts.
How?
By renewing our minds...with God’s help we can stay in control of our thoughts.
The helpful thing to do is to ask ourselves: Is it true?
If not, replace that negative, false thought with correct information.
For example you might think: "oh I'm not beautiful".
Is it true? NO, because the Bible tells that I'm fearfully and wonderfully made!

So...remember to think what you are thinking about!

Lord, help me to live the life of faith....
walking closely to you
and putting my faith and confidence
in you.
Thank you that you fill me with your
peace,tranquility
courage and joy.
In Jesus' name I pray.
Amen.

Have a blessed February!
