Sleeping is so important for our health! Because while we are sleeping:
"Our brains and bodies restore; our systems reboot; our processing and creativity ability increases; our chances of making bad decisions decrease; we can even find solutions to new problems whilst our memories and intelligence improve!"

But the thing is if we are worried when we go to sleep it will affect your rest.
So to have a good rest we really have to trust in God.
