If we want to change, we have to change the old patterns or models that we are used to have in our lives. Mostly we do the same things we did yesterday, the day
before that, and even the month prior to that.

Someone has said:

And that's true.If we keep on doing all the time all the same things that we have been doing we don't change.
But it's not just about the what you need to stop doing, 
but it's also about all those good things God wants to add in our lives. 
God wants help us to replace the old habits with new ones.
